GameChanger Law Advisors represented Lumikai as its India Legal Counsel on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Founder Amrut Joshi along with Associates Srikanth Bhaskar and Aditi Sanghi.

Thompson Legal Associates represented Lumikai as its US Legal Counsel whereas Bombay Play was advised by Indigenesis Consulting.
