Hogan Lovells advises Skye Renewables Energy on multi‑country platform financing

The finances will support the expansion of Skye Renewables' renewable energy portfolio across Southeast Asia.

Skye Renewables Energy has secured financing from Swiss impact asset manager responsAbility Investments AG, as part of its $500 million climate investment strategy for Asia.

Hogan Lovells advised Skye Renewables Energy on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Stephen Clugston (Counsel, Singapore) and Matt Bubb (APAC Head of Infrastructure, Energy, Resources & Projects, Singapore), with support from by Joshua Everett (Associate, Singapore) and the firm’s Vietnam office comprising Gaston Fernandez (Office Managing Partner, Vietnam), Duong Pham (Counsel, Hanoi), Long Huynh (Senior Associate, Ho Chi Minh City) and Giang Nguyen (Trainee, Hanoi).
