JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised General Atlantic-backed Ujala Cygnus Hospitals (Cygnus Medicare Private Limited) on entering into a strategic partnership with Amandeep Hospitals (Amandeep Healthcare Private Limited) through the acquisition of a significant stake in the latter.

With this alliance, Ujala Cygnus expands its network from 22 to 28 hospitals, increasing its total bed capacity from 2,000 beds to nearly 2,800 beds.
