JSW Ventures Fund Managers LLP, led the Series A round of investment along with other investors in MoEVing Urban Technologies Private Limited, company engaged in the business of EV-based logistics.

Krishnamurthy & Co assisted JSW VC Scheme in this transaction by conducting due diligence, drafting of transaction documents and advising the Investor.

The team was led by Rukmini Roychowdhury (Partner), Karishma Jumani (Counsel) along with Aakshay Amesur (Associate).
