Capitaland sells ITPC Chennai to Mindspace, 360 One for ₹3,000 crore; Khaitan, Veritas, Trilegal advise

Mindspace Business Parks REIT and 360 One Alternates Asset Management will become joint owners of the property.

Mindspace Business Parks REIT and 360 One Alternates Asset Management Limited are set to acquire the entire stake of AIGP2 Chennai 1 Pte. Limited (Capitaland) in International Tech Park Chennai for ₹3,000 crore.

Mindspace will hold 51% shareholding and 360 One will hold 49% shareholding in International Tech Park Chennai, post closing.

Khaitan & Co advised Mindspace Business Parks on this acquisition.
