Khaitan & Co has advised Nido Home Finance Limited for the public issue of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures for a base issue of ₹100 crore, with a green shoe option up to ₹100 crore, aggregating up to ₹200 crore.

The Firm worked on filing of the Draft Prospectus with the SEBI and BSE, and filing of the Prospectus with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai, SEBI and BSE.
