Khaitan & Co has advised Gokaldas Exports Ltd in relation to amalgamation of BRFL Textile Pvt. Ltd. into Gokaldas.

A year after its strategic investment in BRFL, the board of Gokaldas Exports has approved the amalgamation, aimed at creating a vertically integrated business with enhanced operational and financial efficiencies.
