Khaitan & Co, JSA act on IIFL Finance updating its $1 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme

The updated programme provides a platform for IIFL Finance to issue notes from time to time in the international debt capital markets.

IIFL Finance Limited has updated its existing $1 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme (GMTN Programme) on the IFSC Gift City stock exchanges (India INX and NSE IX). 

Khaitan & Co advised IIFL Finance on this transaction.
