Khaitan & Co, Universal Legal act on Hudle Series A fundraise

Hudle raised $2.5 million from the fundraise.

HSquare Sports Private Limited (Hudle) has raised $2.5 million from a Series A fundraise led by Sky Impact Capital and Physis Capital. The round also saw participation from Atrium Venture, Mahesh Bhupathi and Gaurav Kapur.

Khaitan & Co advised Hudle on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Prasenjit Chakravarti (Partner), Sanjana Bhatnagar (Counsel), Shivansh Mehta (Senior Associate) and Mohnish Singh (Associate).

Universal Legal advised lead investor Sky Impact Capital on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner), with support from Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner).

Both the Firms had advised their respective clients in the pre-Series A fundraising of Hudle.

Hudle is a Delhi-based sports-tech platform focused on recreational sports such as football, badminton, and pickleball.

The funds will be utilized by Hudle to scale its platform, enhance its technology offerings, and launch GRIP – India’s first rating index for recreational athletes.
