General Atlantic has acquired Actis to create a diversified, global investment platform with approximately $96 billion in combined assets under management. 

Actis has India investments in the space of renewable energy. In 2022, Actis acquired Atha Group in India.

Khaitan & Co advised General Atlantic in this acquisition deal.
