Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted and advised Axis Bank Limited and MUFG Bank Limited in connection with the project finance of ₹2,713 crore (approx.) for a 400 MW solar power project in Rajasthan, India developed by ABC Renewable Energy, an entity backed by Brookfield.
