Godrej Properties has acquired 15 acres land parcel from Microtek Infratech for ₹ 403 crore, for development of a group housing project.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Godrej Properties on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team was led by Vaibhav Suri (Partner) and assisted by Manjul Mantri (Managing Associate) and Shivani Panda (Associate).

With this acquisition, Godrej Properties has now expanded its presence near the booming Dwarka Expressway and adds to its group housing portfolio in the Gurugram region.
