Udtechs (Unified Data-Tech Solutions Limited) has made an Initial Public Offering of 52,92,000 equity shares of the face value of ₹10 aggregating up to ₹144.47 crore.

Priced at ₹273 per share through a 100% Offer for Sale by promoter Hiren Mehta, the ₹144.47 crore issue was subscribed 91.12 times overall, with strong demand from NIIs (212.43x), QIBs (83.22x), and retail investors (43.62x). The stock debuted on May 29 at ₹285, reflecting a modest 4.4% premium.
