Ace Cardiopathy Solutions Private Limited is selling 60% of its shareholding to Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited, for a cost ranging between ₹59.30 Crore to ₹77.10 Crore, subject to adjustments for net debt, normalized working capital, and achievement of certain conditions.

Obhan & Associates advised Ace Cardiopathy on this transaction. The Firm advised on various legal aspects of the transaction, including transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of definitive agreements and ancillary documents, as well as assistance through closing and post-closing formalities.

The transaction was led by a team comprising Ashima Obhan (Senior Partner), Shuchi Dutta (Senior Associate), and Aakanksha Singh (Associate).
