Spectacom Global Private Limited has raised ₹11 Crores in its Pre-Series A round from Rainmatter Health.

Obhan & Associates acted as the legal counsel to Spectacom Global and reviewed and negotiated the transaction documents. 

The transaction consisted of Ashima Obhan (Senior Partner), Akanksha Dua (Principal Associate) and Shuchi Dutta (Associate).

Rainmatter Health is an initiative by Zerodha, one of India's largest online platforms for investment in stocks, derivatives etc.

Spectacom Global is a start-up operating in the wellness space, that creates path breaking health and fitness digital content and online training programmes. The company plans to use the raised capital to drive growth by launching additional participative IPs and investing in content development, marketing and hiring.
