Obhan & Associates represents HarperCollins in its Licensing Deal

HarperCollins has granted the right to create audiobooks for certain licensed titles, which shall be published on the 'Kuku FM' platform.

HarperCollins has concluded a licensing deal with Mebigo Labs Private Limited, which owns the platform, 'Kuku FM' under which Mebigo Labs has been granted the right to create audiobooks for certain licensed titles, which shall be published on the 'Kuku FM' platform in specifically permitted languages.

Obhan & Associates acted as the legal counsel to HarperCollins.

The transaction was led by a team comprising Akanksha Dua (Partner) and Natasha Matange (Associate).
