Spaceway Wellness Private Limited (Spaceway) has acquired shares of Indira IVF Hospital Private Limited (Indira IVF).

Pioneer Legal acted for Indira IVF, its promoters and Spaceway on the acquisition documentation, closing and general advisory for the deal.

The team was led by Satish Kishanchandani (Managing Partner), Pritha Jha and Anupam Shukla (Partners), Pavana Padmakumar (Senior Associate) with assistance from Sohil Shah (Principal Associate), Vedika Shah and Soham Banerjee (Associates)

Wadia Gandhy & Co represented the selling shareholders

The deal amount remains undisclosed
