Proventus Agrocom Limited have made a SME Initial Public Offering of ₹695.44 million.

Sundae Capital Advisors Private Limited was lead manager.

Rajani Associates acted as the legal counsel of Proventus Agrocom. The Firm's scope of work included (i) conducting legal diligence; (ii) preparing and finalizing the Draft Prospectus and Prospectus; (iii) Reviewing the other chapters prepared by the lead manager; (iv) Reviewing and finalizing IPO related agreements; and (v) Preparing and finalizing other ancillary documents in relation to the Transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Sangeeta Lakhi (Senior Partner), Himanshu Pandey (Senior Associate) and Yash Desai (Associate).
