Torrent Gas Moradabad Limited has acquired 100% shareholding of Sanwariya Gas Limited from its shareholders.

This acquisition will allow Torrent Gas to enter the city gas distribution business in the geographical area of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Torrent Gas on the transactions. The transaction team was led by Partners Jatin Aneja and Kushal Sinha, along with Associate Simran Kaur.
