Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company has secured unconditional approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for its $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks Inc.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Juniper Networks on securing the CCI's approval.

The SAM Competition Law team comprised Partners Aparna Mehra and Ritwik Bhattacharya, Senior Associate Kshitij Sharma, and Associates Karan Arora and Ashlesha Singhal.

Touchstone Partners advised Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company on the Competition Law aspect and the team was led by Partner Gaurav Desai and Counsel Shruti Bhat.
