Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Touchstone Partners get CCI approval for HP acquisition of Juniper Networks

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company has secured unconditional approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for its $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks Inc.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Juniper Networks on securing the CCI's approval.
