EdTech firm offering an app-based learning solution for school children, Practically (3rdFlix Visual Effects Private Limited) has acquired Fedena (Foradian Technologies Private Limited), an ERP solutions company.

Samisti Legal acted for Practically on the deal. The team was led by Partner Prashant Jain, Principal Associate Anita Dugar and Associate Dippyaman Bhattacharya.

Fedena software offers a platform for parent-teacher collaboration, fee management and online payment, grade books and reports, managing timetables, attendance and scheduling as well as conducting online examinations.
