GSS Infotech has acquired majority stake in ‘farm-to-store’ retail chain Polimeraas Agros for ₹250 crore.

Samisti Legal represented GSS Infotech in conducting Legal Due Diligence, in drafting of Definitive Agreements and in closing of transaction on the deal.

The team was led by Partner Prashant Jain assisted by Principal Associate Anita Dugar, Senior Associate Prajakta Gokhale and Senior Associate Abhishek Gupta

The deal is valued at ₹250 crore and is to happen as a cash and stock deal.
