Samisti Legal acts on Scaler acquisition of Applied Roots for US$ 50 million

The transaction took place as a cash plus stock deal

Applied Roots (AAIC Technologies Private Limited) and its Promoters sold their entire 100% stake to Scaler Academy (Interviewbit Technologies Private Limited) in a cash plus stock deal.

Samisti Legal represented Applied Roots and its Promoters. The team was led by Prashant Jain (Partner) and assisted by Anita Dugar (Principal Associate)

This acquisition will help Scaler Academy scale up its data science, AI and ML programmes to a wider base of tech learners.
