Electric Vehicle start-up nkodop Technologies Private Limited (EMotorad) has raised ₹24 crores in its Pre-Series A funding round led by Green Frontier Capital (GFC), LetsVenture, and Ivy Growth Associates. 

Samisti Legal represented EMotorad and its promoters as legal counsel.

The transaction team consisted of Anita Dugar (Principal Associate) and Dippyaman Bhattacharya (Associate).

EMotorad aims to use the funds to accelerate business growth, hire top industry talent and scale the business. It also plans to integrate advanced technology to transform the way consumers look at cycling.
