NephroPlus has raised approximately ₹69.4 crores ($8.39 million) from Asian Development Bank.

Samisti Legal has acted as legal counsel to NephroPlus in this deal.

The transaction team consisted of Prashant Jain (Managing Partner), Anita Dugar (Principal Associate), Nisha Jhawar (Associate) and Moulshri Shrivastava (Associate).

NephroPlus will be using these funds to establish four dialysis centers in Uzbekistan as a part of a public-private partnership arrangement to enhance health care service delivery in the country.
