Sayan Ghose has joined JSA Advocates & Solicitors as a Partner in Corporate practice in Mumbai.

Ghose is a 2015 alumnus of the University of Pune.

He has over a decade of experience advising on a wide spectrum of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, co-investment structures, joint ventures, restructurings, and post-acquisition integration.

He has extensive experience representing private equity funds, strategic investors, corporate houses, promoters, and founders in complex domestic and cross-border transactions across diverse sectors, including real estate, financial services, AI, software services, IT/ITeS, manufacturing, food and agri-tech, and med-tech.

Prior to joining JSA, Ghose was associated with Trilegal as a Counsel. In the past, he has also worked at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

At JSA, Ghose will be working with Vikram Raghani, Partner, who will also serve as his mentor.

JSA has simultaneously onboarded Shashank Shekhar as a Partner in Bengaluru.
