SKS Advisor acted as legal counsel to One Hand Clap on this fundraise.

This transaction was led by Navjot Nagure (Senior Associate) with strategic oversight from Sandeep Kumar Singh (Founder & Managing Partner).

Ascendus Law Partners advised Nikhil Kamath on this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Vasundhra Minocha (Partner), Siddharth Tewari (Counsel), Monika Pilania (Associate) and Tanvi Pandey (Associate).

One Hand Clap was founded by Aakash Shah and Naveed Manakkodan The company was incorporated on July 14, 2022

Aakash Shah was previously the Social Media Head at All India Bakchod (AIB) and launched One Hand Clap after leaving AIB, leveraging his experience in content creation and social media management . Naveed Manakkodan serves as the co-founder alongside Shah.

One Hand Clap Media is described as "a creative agency and a production house specializing in creating content for clients in diverse industries such as OTT, dating, banking and finance, lifestyle, and automobile" . The agency has been Amazon Prime Video's retainer social media marketing agency for over four years and has worked on high-profile campaigns including promotional content for the movie "Pathaan" starring Shah Rukh Khan.
