Ashok Goel Trust has acquired a 46.06% shareholding in Bambrew Plant Fiber Technology Private Limited through a combination of primary and secondary share purchase.

This stake acquisition forms part of Bambrew's ₹90 crore fundraise, which also saw participation from Enrission India Capital.

Trilegal advised Ashok Goel Trust on this transaction. The Firm was involved in negotiating and drafting of all the transaction documents and providing advice to Ashok Goel Trust on all relevant legal aspects in relation to the transaction.
