Carlyle Group has made a strategic acquisition of a significant minority stake of 30% in Quest Global, Singapore for approximately ₹4,133.6 crores ($500 million).

Trilegal advised the Carlyle Group in this acquisition deal.

The transaction team was led by Nishant Parikh (Corporate Partner) and Sneha Vardhan (Corporate Partner), along with Atul Gupta (Labour and Employment Partner), Jyotsna Jayaram (TMT Partner), and Tine Abraham (Dispute Resolution Partner).
