Asian Development Bank has acquired a minority stake in Revfin Services Private Limited through a primary infusion.
Talwar Thakore and Associates (TT&A) advised Asian Development Bank in its capacity as manager of ADB Ventures Investment Fund 1 in this acquisition deal.
