International Finance Corporation has made a proposed equity investment in Artemis Medicare Services Limited by way of subscription to 33,000 fully paid compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs) of Artemis on a private placement basis, for an aggregate amount of ₹3,300 million.

Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised IFC - International Finance Corporation on this transaction.
