TT&A, Watson Farley advise Asian Development Bank on sanctioning up to $150 million to Piramal Finance

Piramal Finance shall use the funds to finance long-tenor MSME loans in India.

Asian Development Bank has provided loan facilities, by way of external commercial borrowings, of up to $150 million to Piramal Finance Limited.

TT&A served Asian Development Bank as the Indian counsel for this transaction.

Piramal Finance shall use the funds to finance long-tenor micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) loans in India under its existing social finance framework, with at least 30% applied towards eligible women borrowers.
