Sky Impact Capital along with Inflection Point Ventures acted as lead investors in a Pre-Series A round of funding in Hudle (HSquare Sports Private Limited) – a sports tech platform, which raised ₹7 crore from this fundraise.

Universal Legal acted for Sky Impact Capital in this transaction.

The transaction team was led Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner) and supported on due diligence by Henna Kapadia (Senior Associate) and Preksha Shah (Associate).
