MoooFarm Private Limited has raised approx ₹107.6 crores ($13 million) in its series A round of funding led by Aavishkaar Capital and Aditya Birla Ventures.

Accel India VI (Mauritius), Navus Ventures, Rockstart Agrifood I Coöperatief U.A also participated in the round.

Vertices Partners advised Aavishkaar Capital in this funding round.

The transaction team consisted of Amit Manubarwala (Senior Partner), Manasi Pathak Verma (Partner), Vikrant Anand (Associate Partner) and Siddharth Bhargava (Associate Manager).

Manasi Pathak Verma (Partner) and Vikrant Anand (Associate Partner) along with their team co-led the Due Diligence.

Vinayak Burman (Founder & Managing Partner) provided strategic inputs.

Ikagi Law advised MoooFarm on their fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Nimisha Dutta (Counsel).
