EdTech giant PhysicsWallah has acquired upskilling platform iNeuron Intelligence for approximately ₹244.2 crores ($30 million approx.).

Vertices Partners advised iNeuron with a team led by Vikrant Anand (Associate Partner) along with Siddharth Bhargava (Associate Manager).

Vertices Partners also advised the acquirer PhysicsWallah with a team led by Vani Panicker (Associate Partner) along with Anushree Pathak (Senior Associate). 

Vinayak Burman (Founder & Managing Partner) and Archana Khosla (Founder Partner) provided strategic inputs on the overall transaction.

Transaction Square advised on the taxation aspects of the acquisition.

With this acquisition, PhysicsWallah plans to expand its offerings in the upskilling category.
