Monika Alcobev Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹165.628 crore comprising a fresh issue aggregating to ₹137.028 crore and an offer for sale of equity shares by Deven Mahendrakumar Shah and Rhetan Estate Private Limited aggregating to ₹28.6 crore

Vidhigya Associates, Advocates advised Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers on the IPO of Monika Alcobev Limited as the Sole Legal Counsel to the IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Vijeta Mishra (Partner) and Mohit Parekh (Associate Partner).

The IPO was subscribed 3.78 times, reflecting strong investor interest. The company, which distributes over 70 global liquor brands across India and neighbouring countries, listed on the BSE SME platform on July 23, 2025, at ₹288. The proceeds are earmarked for working capital, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.
