Aditya Bhattacharya joins Samvād: Partners as a Partner

Bhattacharya will be working out of the firm's Delhi office.

Aditya Bhattacharya has joined Samvād: Partners as a Partner in the firm's Delhi office, where he will focus on tax dispute resolution.

Bhattacharya is a 2010 graduate of the National Law Institute University, Bhopal.

He specialises in litigation related to Indirect Taxes and General Commercial Disputes including trust and estate litigation. He has extensive experience in representing clients on commodity classification disputes. Some of the rulings that he was part of have become the guiding norm for future disputes. Bhattacharya regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT and Biodiversity Authorities.

In a career spanning 13 years, Bhattacharya has worked with various Fortune 500 companies as well as major PSU clients. He has previously worked with Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan.
