Aditya Bhattacharya quits SAMVĀD to join King Stubb and Kasiva as Partner

Bhattacharya has over 15 years of experience in tax and disputes practice.

Aditya Bhattacharya has joined King Stubb and Kasiva as a Partner in New Delhi. He will hold the dual portfolio of Tax and Commercial Disputes.

Bhattacharya is a 2010 graduate from National Law Institute University, Bhopal.

He has over 15 years of experience in tax and disputes practice. His litigation  practice covers  tax, arbitration, corporate and commercial litigation. He is one of the pioneers in commodity classification disputes in India and has over 300 reported cases spread across Supreme Court, High Court and Tax Tribunals. His expertise lies in providing holistic canvas of solutions in the field of dispute resolution combining tax and non-tax aspects. 

Prior to joining KsK, Bhattacharya was a Partner at SAMVĀD: Partners for one and a half years. He has previously worked with Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, New Delhi for 13 years as a homegrown Partner.
