Bhavya Mohan joins Argus Partners as Partner from Arista Chambers

Mohan is dual qualified to practice law in India and New York.

Bhavya Mohan has quit Arista Chambers to join Argus Partners as Partner in the firm's Dispute Resolution practice in Bangalore.

Mohan graduated from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2010 and received her LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School, New York, as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar in 2013. She is dual qualified to practice law in India and New York.

She has previously worked with AZB & Partners in Mumbai and Bangalore offices, the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas in Mumbai and Arista Chambers in Bangalore.

Mohan's has over 10 years of experience in the field of commercial dispute resolution. She has advised private clients, public sector enterprises and multinational corporations in a range of sectors such as manufacturing, retail, infrastructure, banking, technology, real estate, and private equity.

She has represented clients in domestic and international arbitration (both ad-hoc and institutional), including under the rules of arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). She also has significant experience in advising clients in regulatory investigations.
