TT&A kickstarts Dispute Resolution practice with hire of Arunav Guha Roy

Roy joins as the first Partner in the firm's newly established Dispute Resolution practice.

Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) has launched its Dispute Resolution practice with the hire of Arunav Guha Roy as its first Partner effective September 1, 2024.

Roy is an alumnus of National Law University, Delhi and holds an LL.M. in international dispute resolution.

Dual-qualified in India and England & Wales, Roy has approximately 10 years of experience. He is known to handle complex and high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration, with a focus on civil, commercial, constitutional, construction, insolvency and regulatory matters in the EPC, FMCG, F&B and technology sectors in particular.

Prior to joining TT&A, he was a Partner Designate at Saraf and Partners and has also worked with Luthra & Luthra and Juris Corp.

Joint Managing Partners Kunal Thakore and Gautam Saha said on the development,
