Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Partner Yashojit Mitra resigns

Mitra had joined the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas in 2013.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Mumbai Corporate Partner Yashojit Mitra has resigned from the firm.

Confirming the development, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Managing Partner Cyril Shroff said,

"We wish Yashojit all the very best. We will miss him."

Mitra has over 17 years of experience managing mergers, acquisitions, foreign investments and private equity transactions.

He is a 2003 graduate of Symbiosis Law School. He initially worked at DSK Legal and thereafter moved to Economic Laws Practice. He had joined the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas in 2013.

Recently, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas moved to a new office space in Noida. The firm has also hired Bharti Enterprises Group General Counsel Sameer Chugh as a Partner in Delhi, NCR.
