HSA Advocates has announced the joining of Ravi Jain as a Partner in the Firm’s Projects, Energy & Infrastructure practice.

Prior to joining HSA, Jain was an Associate Partner at Economic Laws Practice, before which he has also worked with AZB & Partners and Khaitan & Co.

With almost eighteen years of experience in the projects, energy & infrastructure space, Jain has advised Indian and foreign clients on the entire spectrum of contractual, transactional, regulatory and financing aspects. His practice has a distinct focus on M&A transactions spanning oil & gas, power, roads, resources, ports, hospitality and aviation sectors.
