Founding member and Partner of Vidhii Partners & Advocates Sudeshna Guha Roy has joined Bharucha & Partners as a Partner in Mumbai.

Having graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2006, Roy began her career at Paras Kuhad & Associates, where she worked for over 3 years.

Soon after, she helped found Vidhii Partners & Advocates in Mumbai, where she handled complex litigation involving various aspects of civil laws, Companies Act, IPR laws and the Arbitration Act, at all forums including the Supreme Court and High Court, and was also proactively engaged in arbitration.

She regularly advised clients on SRA schemes, redevelopment projects, acquisition and development of real estate including due diligence in respect of title of the property, drafting and vetting related agreements, among other tasks.

Roy will be Partner at the Commercial Disputes, Domestic and International Commercial Arbitration practice at Bharucha & Partners.
