Bharat Sharma has rejoined Naik Naik & Co. as a Partner to further strengthen the Corporate Practice of the Firm.

Sharma was working with HSA Advocates for the last five years as a Partner and prior to that he was working at Naik Naik & Co.

He has also worked with Khaitan & Co, PDS Associates, Talwar Thakore & Associates and ARA Law.

With over 15 years of experience, Bharat is an expert in the field of Corporate M&A and the core areas of his expertise cover both inbound and out-bound mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
