Janssen-Sanghavi & Associates appoints Justice BN Srikrishna as Mentor

Justice Srikrishna will advise JS&A and its clients about the correct strategy in international tax litigation matters, among other things.

Janssen-Sanghavi & Associates - International Tax Counsel - has welcomed Justice BN Srikrishna as “mentor” to the practice.

In this role, Justice Srikrishna will advise JS&A and its clients about the correct strategy in international tax litigation matters, review and comment on opinions issued by JS&A, and periodically review and advise JS&A on its vision and path forward as a set of international tax counsel.

Justice Srikrishna is one of the most celebrated justices of the Supreme Court of India. He has authored the Supreme Court’s most seminal judgment in international tax law in the case of Union of India v. Azadi Bachao Andolan.
