Khaitan & Co Partner Mukul Aggarwal has forayed into the role of an in-house counsel, joining CP Plus as General Counsel.

Aggarwal is a 2012 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur. He earned an LLM in Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge in 2019.

With over 12 years of experience, Aggarwal is a corporate lawyer dealing with private equity, private debt, M&A, finance, joint ventures, and capital raising corporate transactions. He has advised clients from different jurisdictions, across different industry sectors such as, real estate, pharmaceuticals, IT, e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, food and financial services.

Prior to joining CP Plus, Aggarwal was associated with Khaitan & Co for nearly five years, where he was made Partner last year. In the past, he has been associated with multiple leading law firms such as JSA, SAM and Nishith Desai Associates.
