"I am very excited to start my boutique practice in arbitration, commercial litigations and investigations with a special focus on cross border disputes. I am lucky to have worked with great mentors in my early years and have advised on various complex commercial disputes and cross-border situations.

Internationally, boutique practices have become a standard for delivering specialized, agile, and client-focused arbitration and litigation services. With this practice, I intend to follow this blueprint to contribute to India’s evolving market with a sharp focus on quality and client partnership."

MTA Legal will focus on representing institutional investors, founders, state-owned entities, private individuals and conglomerates in their commercial disputes in various sectors, including energy, oil & gas, mining, private equity, infrastructure, and technology.  Mayuri regularly conducts domestic ad-hoc and international arbitrations under all major institutional rules, including SIAC, ICC, LCIA, AAA-ICDR, UNCITRAL, seated in New York, London, Singapore, Mumbai, Delhi, etc. She also represents clients in commercial and arbitration related litigations before tribunals and courts and has acted in investment treaty arbitrations and investigations. She is currently an Executive Committee member of the Arbitration Bar of India.

The boutique practice will provide end to end advisory and consulting to clients by working alongside counsels/barristers, international law firms, asset tracers, valuation experts, and third-party funders for cohesive dispute management.
