Anjana J Potti has joined Samvād: Partners as an Equity Partner, along with her team, at the firm's Bengaluru office.
Potti is a 2005 alumna of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
She has over 21 years of experience in banking and financial services, debt capital markets, debt restructuring, and structured financing. Her practice spans advising domestic and international banks, NBFCs, private credit and special situations funds, multilateral development finance institutions, alternative investment platforms, and asset reconstruction companies across lending, securitisation, debt issuances, treasury transactions, insolvency, and restructuring matters. She also has significant experience with listed and unlisted bond issuances as both investor and issuer counsel, including in the infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining Samvād, Potti was a Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. In the past, she has also worked at JSA and CAM.
