Saraf and Partners' Akshay Jain moves in-house to join Zomato

In the past, Jain was also associated with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.

Akshay Jain is set to leave Saraf and Partners to join the legal team at Zomato headed by Damini Bhalla.

Jain is a 2012 graduate of Symbiosis Law School. With over 13 years of experience, he is a transactional lawyer specialising in M&A, Private Equity as well as Corporate Advisory. He has extensive experience in LBOs, MBOs, strategic acquisitions, financial and strategic investments and advisory on General Corporate, Structuring as well as Employment matters.

In the past, Jain was also associated with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.

On Jain's exit, Saraf and Partners head Mohit Saraf commented,
