Souvik Roy and Kanishka Bajpai have announced the launch of Mantrika Legal, a Mumbai-based corporate law firm, bringing together over 25 years of combined expertise of top-tier transactional practices.

Roy, a graduate of NUJS Kolkata, has over 14 years of post-qualification experience in transactions, M&A, financial services and general corporate practice. Prior to launching Mantrika Legal, he served as Partner at IC Universal Legal (now IC Regfin Legal) in Mumbai from 2018 to 2024, in its General Corporate and Transactions practice.
Bajpai, a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Noida, brings over more than 10 years of experience in transactions, M&A and general corporate practice. Bajpai recently held the position of Partner (M&A, PE, and Transactions) at JSA Advocates & Solicitors in Mumbai. Prior to that, she was at IC Universal Legal (now IC Regfin Legal) where she progressed from an Associate to Partner (General Corporate and Transactions).
